We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations:
1. RETURNS
Returns are accepted only if the problem is on our side—for example, a damaged product or an incorrect item. Before sending anything back, please contact us for instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials.
Items damaged by the customer or missing parts are not eligible for return.
2. REFUNDS
To request a refund, please provide photos of damaged or defective items within 5 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
Processing your refund may take several business days depending on your bank.
Shipping costs for returning items are covered by us only if the issue is our mistake. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
4. IMPORTANT NOTES
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
We are not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address.
Refusing delivery or failing to provide the correct address may disqualify you from receiving a refund.
